Do I always need a site visit?
No. Many standard enquiries can be assessed from complete details, measurements and good photographs. Complex, technical or higher-risk work usually requires a site assessment.
When are site visits available?
Typical quotation appointments are Monday to Saturday between approximately 10:00 and 16:00, subject to route planning and confirmation.
Are displayed prices fixed quotations?
No. Website prices are market-related starting or guide prices. Your written quotation confirms the final price and exact approved scope.
Which areas do you service?
Johannesburg, Randburg, Sandton, Roodepoort, Midrand, Centurion, Pretoria and surrounding Gauteng areas, subject to route and project requirements.
Can I send photographs by WhatsApp?
Yes. Send clear wide and close-up photographs with your name, suburb and selected service so they can be matched to your enquiry.
